ARIANNA MORALES-GARZA

Arianna Morales-Garza, a senior and non-traditional student majoring in sociology and minoring in health, aging, and society at UTSA, is deeply committed to sexual health education reform. As an IES Pathways Fellow, she channels her passion into research on health disparities. Arianna’s journey began with an associate degree in psychology in 2016, leading her back to UTSA in Fall 2022 to help establish the university’s first Non-Traditional Students organization. Her academic prowess shines with consistent placements on the Dean’s and President’s Lists. Currently, Arianna explores the intricacies of sexual health education experiences within the school system. Off-campus, she balances roles as a dedicated mother and wife, an avid golfer, and occasional event coordinator. Go Roadrunners!
